About Me
I specialize in empowering senior leaders and executives with tools for success in complex, diverse, and inclusive workplaces. My coaching enables my clients to develop increased awareness, influence, and resilience.
I attribute a large part of success in my own career to my coaches and mentors. And I am driven to pay that forward by helping organizational leaders grow towards their potential.
I bring over 25 years of corporate leadership and business transformation experience across verticals like Healthcare, BioTech and Consumer Goods. My former employers include Thermo Fisher Scientific, Colgate-Pamolive, PepsiCo and Citibank. I have experience working at start-ups and Fortune 100 companies, in roles that ranged from analyst to senior executive, and Chief financial Officer.
I am a certified executive coach with a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (GECC) from William James College in Boston. I have a masters in business administration (M.S.) and am a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). After volunteering with at-risk youth during the pandemic, I also donate pro-bono coaching to individuals from underserved communities each week.
I live in Somerville, MA with my husband Amit and dog Naya. I enjoy cooking, entertaining friends and family, and learning to play the violin. I am an active member of Toastmasters, two book clubs (fiction, coaching), and have a daily meditation practice.
