Accountability is bidirectional in that it empowers both coach and client to take joint ownership of desired outcomes. I share resources and make my methods transparent to my clients even as integrity holds me to the highest standards of confidentiality.
I am committed to continuously expand my coaching tool kit to equip my clients with tools for success in todays’ diverse and inclusive workplace: to expand my clients’ adaptive, intellectual, emotional, and cultural quotients.
