To empower impactful leadership through coaching clients and also donating time to underserved communities.
After a 25-year rewarding career in business leadership, I was seeking something different from life. During my exploration, I volunteered coaching underserved communities, guiding them in their professional journeys. As I coached them on resume writing, interviewing, and presentation skills, I was moved by their life stories and humbled by their perseverance and grit.
I felt a deep sense of connection and fulfillment by the transformative nature of coaching. And I found my calling: to channel my experience and energy to help others grow as professionals and leaders.
I practice executive coaching with a clear purpose: to help organizational leaders unlock their potential and thrive at work.
I also donate pro-bono coaching to individuals from underserved communities each week.
